Repair facilities need to be a well-lit workspace, repair area should be free of airborne contaminates; area should have tile or concrete flooring; inside temperature should be between 15C and 30C; repair area should have access to compressed air; area should be free from active garage door openings during repair. FAILURE TO PROVIDE AN ADEQUATE WORK ENVIRONMENT MAY RESULT IN INCREASED COSTS AND DELAYS IN COMPLETING THE REPAIR.
Badge removal and replacement is not included in the SPF replacement process. Original Bentley emblems, badges and other body trim components will need to be supplied by the Bentley dealer and claimed in accordance with the current Bentley Global Warranty Compliance and Procedures Manual. IT IS THE DEALER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL RELEVANT BADGES AND TRIM COMPONENTS ARE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE START OF FILM REPLACEMENT. Final badge installation and cleaning can occur by the dealership once all film installation has been completed.
ALL PARTS TO BE USED IN WARRANTY REPLACEMENT MUST BE ORDERED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BENTLEY PARTS SUPPLY CHANNEL. AFTERMARKET OR THIRD-PARTY PARTS USED FOR REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED UNDER WARRANTY.
