1. The Promoter

The promoter is: XPEL Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 08948116, whose registered office is at (Ref: SQE), BLM Law, 30 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3BL.

2. The competition
   • The winner of this competition shall receive a full, free of charge installation of XPEL’s proprietary protection film on the full front end of their car (as defined in clause 5), or a car of their choice, subject to these terms and conditions.
3. How to enter
   • The competition will run from 9:00am on the 15^th of June to 12:00am on 26^th of June (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
   • All competition entries, details of which are set out below, must be completed by the Closing Date. All entries after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   • To enter the competition:
     • you must follow the Promoter’s official Instagram accounts (@xpel_uk and @xpel_biggleswade); and
     • you must ‘like’ the Promoter’s post on Instagram promoting this competition and showing the Ferrari F8 Show Car; and
     • you must repost on your personal Instagram account either a photograph of the XPEL show car or repost XPEL’s photograph of the show car. If you choose to post your own photograph of the XPEL show car, the photograph must show the car as the primary feature of the image and be of reasonable quality (which the promoter will determine in its absolute discretion, acting reasonably); and
     • you must tag @xpel_uk and/or @xpel_biggleswade in your post.  
   • No purchase necessary and there is no charge to enter into the competition.
   • The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid or the posting of which is delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
   • By entering into the competition in the manner set out at clause 3.3, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • The competition winner shall be randomly chosen by the Promoter on Monday 27^th June 2022. The result shall be final.
4. Eligibility
   • Eligibility criteria to enter the competition and claim the prize is as follows:
     • all entrants must be resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over;
     • the vehicle to which the prize will be applied must:
       • be a car;
       • be made in 2017 or later;
       • have no modified panels or parts fitted such as aftermarket body kits;
       • not already be covered in a PPF (paint protection film), vinyl wrap or ceramic coating; and
       • have its patterns already available on XPEL’s DAP software (please contact us for a list of vehicles).
     • Those who are not eligible to enter are:
       • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
       • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
       • members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above; or
       • any person not content to have the fact that they have won the competition publicised by the Promoter in accordance with clause 6 below.
     • In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
     • The installation of the prize must be carried out by the Promoter at its premises at Unit 4, Montgomery Way, Biggleswade, SG18 8UB.

• The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
  • automatically generated by computer; or
  • completed by third parties or in bulk;
• There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
• Competition entries cannot be returned and there is no cash value equivalent.

5. The prize
   • The prize constitutes the installation by the Promoter of its paint protection film to the full front end of your car, subject to these terms and conditions. ‘Front end’ for the purposes of these terms means your car’s OEM bonnet, front bumper, front wings, headlights and wing mirrors. A pictorial representation of the full front end can be found at https://xpel.co.uk/.
   • The prize does not include costs of carriage or transport for you or your vehicle to the Promoter’s premises for the installation, nor the costs of food, drink, accommodation or vehicle storage.
   • The installation of the paint protection film shall be subject to the Promoter’s standard terms of business.
   • The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
   • You will be notified if you win the prize. In order to claim, you must contact us via direct message on Instagram following our notification to you. We will then arrange with you a date for the installation. See clause 7 for further information in this regard.
6. Winners
   • The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
   • The Promoter will contact the winner via the Instagram account used to enter the competition as soon as practicable, using a direct message.
   • The Promoter will publish or make available the Instagram details of the winner by posting a photograph or photographs or a video or videos of the winner collecting the prize.
   • The winner expressly and irrevocably consents to the Publisher posting photographs or videos on social media (including, but not limited to Instagram) as set out in 6.3 of them and their car once the prize has been collected.
7. Claiming the prize
   • If you are the winner, the Promoter will contact you to arrange the installation of the paint protection film at a time to suit you within 6 months of the competition end date.
   • The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
   • The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not contacted the Promoter to claim the prize within 28 days of the date the winning notification was given, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random entries that were received before the Closing Date.
   • The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
   • If you are the winner, you must sign a paint disclaimer form before any works can be carried out.
8. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://xpel.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

10. General
    • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • The competition is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
